The third and final member of staff I interviewed at the BPAS clinic in Bournemouth was support service co-ordinator, Caroline Brooks.
Caroline has worked at BPAS for 23 years and co-ordinates all the paperwork and information the clinic gets about protesters.
During the interview Caroline explained that the her office overlooks the main entrance to the building so she's able to see the protesters come and go everyday that she's at work.
She was also able to show me a stack of forms which clients and staff members have filled out which details their uncomfortable encounters with protesters outside.
In my interview with Caroline, she said:
"You are never going to get rid of abortion, there is always going to be somebody that needs the service. You have a choice; you either keep it legal in safe environments which are regulated and controlled or you go back to the old system of back street abortions, and nobody wants to go back to that."
Caroline explained how even though they are labelled as an abortion clinic she stressed that they are also a women's choice clinic. She said that not everyone who visits the clinic will carry through with an abortion but they supply women with advice and the care they need if it is the right path for them.
Caroline explained that the protesters believe the staff members are terrible people for working at the clinic and doing the jobs they do. She said she has been called "evil", "wicked" and told that she was "going to hell" by activists outside.
She stressed that the clinic needs a buffer zone to help protect the staff and their clients from this type of harassment.
